I am a native of North Carolina although I have lived in five different states and fourteen different homes (two we built to custom specifications) over the past thirty years.  I personally know what it is like to relocate.  I was an interior decorator before becoming a real estate broker.  This has been an asset to my clients; I can give you excellent recommendations on preparing your home for sale or improving any house purchasing.  If you purchase a lot, I can recommend excellent builders and even assist you in your house plan selection or review house plans you have selected.
