 The Center of social activity In Cypress Landing is the Bay Club located on Chocowinity Bay overlooking the beautiful marina. The 9,000 square foot clubhouse is the ideal place for gathering with friends and includes the Iris Room bar and lounge, community gathering room for holiday parties, pot luck dinners with friends and neighbors and meeting rooms. The nautical-styled building is beautiful inside and out, and the grounds are large enough to accommodate several activities simultaneously.

Bay Club Swimming Pool
The Bay Club Swimming Pool is a large recreational pool with an expansive
deck area for realxing in the sun or shade.
A wading pool is avaliable for young children to enjoy as well. The pool premises are complete with tables, chairs, umbrellas, lounge chairs, restrooms and shower facilities.
Fitness Center and Pool
The Fitness Center at Cypress Landing is fronted by a four-lane junior Olympic lap pool and used for swimming laps, water aerobics and other excerise. The Fitness Center has 1,800 square feet of space devoted to Life Fitness cardio equipment and strength machines, plus free weights, exercise balls and stretching area. Exercisers also enjoy a stunning lake and woodland view.
